Red quinoa, colorful variety


Once cooked, the grain is two-tone. Its firmer texture than white quinoa is better for salty preparations and blends with other seeds to add a touch of color. Red quinoa is a source of protein and fiber.

use

Rinse and cook 1 part quinoa in 2 parts water for 12 to 15 minutes over low heat, then salt.
Serve hot or cold, like rice.
Allow 60g of quinoa per person.
